Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • Only exchanges are allowed.
  • Customers must share pictures of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Customized Products

  • Only exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Guidelines

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Notify Us
    – Inform us within
    48 hours of receiving your order about your intent to exchange the product.

  2. Product Condition
    – The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  3. Shipping
    – We do not offer pickups for exchanges.
    – You are required to courier the order to the following address: D9 (Backside, First Floor), Sewak Park, Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059.
    – Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  4. Refunds for Courier Charges
    – If the product is damaged or incorrect, courier charges will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future orders.

  5. Processing the Exchange
    – The new item will be sent once we receive the original product and verify that it meets our exchange policy guidelines.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.
  • After 24 hours, the order processing will begin, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
