Customized order – No exchange, No return
● Damaged or Wrong product received – Only exchange, need to share to pictures within 48 hours of delivery
● Non customized product – Only exchange within 48 hours of delivery
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow these guidelines:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order that you wish to exchange the product.
2. The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. We do not offer pickups for exchange, you have to courier the order on the below mentioned address –
D9 (Backside, First floor), Sewak Park, Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059
4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on the exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
5. Refunds of the courier charge for damaged and wrong product will be issued in the form of credit which can be used towards the future orders.
6. If you are exchanging a product, we will send you the new item once we receive the original item and verify that it meets our return policy guidelines.

Cancellation and refund :

Incase of cancellation the refund will be initiated and credited within 7-15 working days
